Book my all day “virtual intensive”, and I’ll help you bring your project or idea to life or level up! Let’s cross this desire off your list, and make it real, with a dedicated Level Up VIP Intensive Day! Believe me, Book my day - and the total number of days depends on what you actually need done, and we will get it done!

 Below are examples of projects we could potentially get done in a day: 

  • Video production for important Zoom presentations, show production, show running, live video production with motion graphics and stylized content. (See our work for references)

  • Course editing for online video courses, product photography, and business framework design

  • Updating your Squarespace website or move your old website from an outdated platform to something that serves the needs of your project/business better.

  • Design your lead-magnet, e-book, workbook, worksheets, coloring books, and journals

  • Core brand visuals, including a simple logo, colors & font selections, icons/illustrations & social media templates

You’re VIP with us! You’re taking a major step in your agency, and we take that serious. VIP gets pre & post-intensive support!

Perk 1 : Prior to our full day together, you’ll get a 90-minute pre-intensive clarity & coaching call, where we’ll review your current brand, website and goals, to be sure we make the most effective use of our day together!

Perk 2 : Following our day together, you’ll get 30 days of direct email and messenger support where you can ask me questions, get feedback, and even request a personalized demo video if you’re stuck on how to do something design-related.

 

How it works

Step 1

Choose a day that works best for you.  Be sure you’ve given yourself time to do any prep work before the intensive. You’ll need to be virtually “available” the day of the intensive for providing feedback as we work through your list of requests. Book with a 50% deposit, or pay in full. Final balance is due on the date of your intensive.

Step 2

Once you’ve booked your date, you’ll receive an important email from me that includes all of the pertinent pre-intensive info you need, including access to your workbook, a link to schedule your pre-intensive call, and access to your VIP perks, like your own client portal. If anything is unclear, simply reply to that email, and I’m happy to go over it all with you.

Step 3

On the morning of your intensive, We’ll usually spend the first 1-2 hours exploring design or video production concepts (based on your intensive day), playing around with various colors, fonts, images and layouts, before sharing proofs/edits. We will communicate through Slack, and we’ll knock out your list we defined on the pre-intensive call!

Step 4

Our support doesn’t end, at the end of our day intensive. We’ll be available to you for 30 days via email or Slack, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you find yourself lost, confused or stuck on anything related to the work we accomplished during the intensive day. Utilize this time to request feedback, as well as personalized walk-thru video demos, as needed.
